CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS POLICY

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. Since all our products are made to order, we don’t entertain cancellation after 24 hours of placing the order.

Your entire order amount will be refunded as soon as we receive the cancellation request.

RETURNS

Returns are possible only within 15 days of receipt of goods.

We can only accept returns for purchases made from the official Ankaa Rowing Shoes online store. If you believe your Ankaa Rowing Shoes were delivered to you in a defective or damaged condition, please contact Customer Services immediately by e-mail at customerservice@ankaarowingshoes.com

The online store accepts returns for the following:

  • Items damaged prior to delivery
  • Items with manufacturing faults
  • Items supplied incorrectly
  • Requests for exchange of size or color of an item. The original item must be in new condition and the return request must be made within 15 days of receiving the item.
  • Goods must be returned freight prepaid for our inspection.
  • In case an exchange is involved, courier charges will be to the account of the purchaser.
  • Only defective goods will be returned on a freight paid basis.

Please contact customerservice@ankaarowingshoes.com if you wish to return an order. We will need your order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your registered e-mail address and phone number. Copying and pasting this information from your original confirmation e-mail will ensure accuracy and avoid delays!

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund within 7 days to the original method of payment.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non ­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
